Changing the World – Tatyana’s Story
Tatyana is a senior on a mission. Quite literally. Her dream is to serve as a missionary, sharing the gospel on foreign fields.
Tatyana is a mover and a shaker. She plays for her varsity soccer team at Jupiter Christian School. Actually, I’ve been following Tatyana’s soccer career in photographs since elementary school. She is a fierce competitor and a true team player. Tatyana has one of the kindest hearts and the sweetest smile. She is genuine, and genuinely fun to be around.
Soccer Sweetheart
We hit Tatyana’s school soccer field to begin telling her senior story. She showed off some fancy footwork, flashed that gorgeous grin, and we got some amazing images. Plus we had a lot of fun! Her mom came along and the memories that we created that day – more than just the images, will stay with the two of them for a lifetime.
Mission Minded
We finished Tatyana’s senior session at Riverbend Park, which is one of my favorite Jupiter locations. Tatyana brought along a very special item – her globe. The globe reminds her of her goal of mission work. It is emblazoned with the commission that Jesus left for His disciples in Matthew 28 – “Go ye into all the world and make disciples.”
I love when seniors have visions for their own stories – and how inspirational is Taty’s? She brought her globe and her hat and her glasses and her suitcase – symbols of her plans to go and travel, not for her own pleasure, but to help people in other parts of the world.
What an inspirational story Tatyana has to share. I was so thrilled to be a part of sharing it.
