Brayton’s Story | Personalized West Palm Beach Senior Portraits

Brayton is a straight-up rock star, y’all. He sports a larger-than-life personality that lights up a room. His very specific vision for his personalized West Palm Beach senior portraits session was brilliant! I was so excited to collaborate with him to create a rocking set of senior story images.

Personalized West Palm Beach Senior Portraits

Brayton loved the mural walls in downtown West Palm Beach, so we packed up his guitar and set up for some serious fun. He brought along his mom and dad – LOVE! His mom is the sweetest thing, and the whole night was just a blast. She loved my accent (#southernyall), and I loved that she was having so much fun with the whole session. Just. So. Much. Fun.

He rocked a total serious face for a lot of his portraits. But then he cracked me UP when he flashed that huge grin. I just can’t get over how much fun we were all having.

We spent some time just wandering the streets of West Palm Beach, pointing out walls and sidewalks that might be good for photos. Brayton really was hoping to create an “album cover” type image.

Eventually we exhausted the West Palm locations, which only meant that we could head across the Intracoastal Waterway to where the other half lives. Palm Beach Island is one of the most gorgeous places in America. The architecture is married to the flora in such a way that every single block has an amazing place to stop for photos. So…we did. But only after Brayton made a quick wardrobe change.

Y’all, I am obsessed with these patchwork jeans and Chucks. For reals. It rained on us a little bit, cause, you know, it’s Florida. But that was ok, because it gave us an amazing rainbow!

We eventually ended up at the Firehouse in the Town of Palm Beach, and Bethesda By the Sea. These are incredible locations, for sure, but what was really out of this world about this session was the subject. Brayton is funny and talented and he just shines BRIGHT, y’all!

He knows what he wants and he works hard to get it. One of these days when he’s accepting his Grammy, I’ll be cheering with the masses. Thanks, Brayton, for an amazing senior story. I can’t wait to see your next chapters.
